Delivery & Returns
Delivery is via UPS standard service for all orders.
UK delivery time is usually next day in the UK if ordered before midday although we state 1-2 days from order date. If you need next day delivery we should be able to accommodate. Please email email@example.com or add a note to your order.
For European deliveries the delivery time is usually 2-3 days via UPS.
For International shipments please note that you may be liable for taxes. Delivery time is around 7 days for international deliveries
Last day for Christmas delivery is 20th December 2016. (Extended exchange policy applies - please notify us by 31st December if you wish to return an item)
If you are unhappy with the fit of your shoes we offer free returns and exchanges in the UK with UPS.
Outside of the UK you can return your item for a full refund excluding freight charges, or exchange them for a different size.
If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us by email or in writing within 7 days after the day of delivery , explaining why you have requested a refund and return the goods to:
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; items must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition.
Items should be returned with the original presentation box, packing and accessories. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please ask at the Post Office for a free certificate of postage. However please check carefully before returning any item.
