Best Pubs in London🍾

Although the bank holiday weekend has just passed us, the beautiful weather we’ve been having is a good enough reason to go out and celebrate! Summer has finally arrived, and the streets are full of people out and about. We have compiled a list of our favourite pubs in London to help you find a great new place to go out and enjoy the lovely weather.

The Fox & Hounds (West London)

Recommended by Sarah Yull herself, this is a small traditional pub in Belgravia. They don’t serve any food so be ready to booze up! However, they have packets of cheese and crackers and occasionally a pork pie. And just in case you bring your own pork pie... ask them for the pot of English mustard they keep behind the bar! It’s small and quaint, perfect for a good conversation. Sarah and her husband love this place so much that they took some engagement pictures just outside the pub! 

The French House (Central London)

Located in Soho, the French House truly deserves its reputation as the best-known pub in the world's naughtiest square mile. It has a no music, no machines, no television and no mobile phones rule that makes it a haven for conversationalists and a firm favourite among some of the best-known names in show business. A fabulous and entertaining spot to raise a glass in London!

The Heathcote and Star (East London)

With a gorgeous constellations theme and lots of fun and games, The Heathcote and Star is a great Leyton boozer. Along with food from various London pop-ups, they have table tennis, pool and an amazing selection of beer. Perfect for a night out with your group of friends!

The Mayflower (South-East London)

Looking for a meal with a view? Then this is the pub for you! Considered the oldest pub on the River Thames, you will get stunning views of the river. The food menu offers a variety of classic British dishes and is complemented by a great range of traditional ales, craft beers, local gins and fine wines. One may even say this pub is a “hidden gem” in the heart of Rotherhithe. Recommended by “the real boss,” Trang Nguyen.
